I-VOICE: Insights into Value Optimization and Identification of Customer Experience
Welcome to our BrandRAVE Innovation Practices and Labs. To better serve our customers, we have established key areas of focus to bring innovation to every conversation and project.
Our I-VOICE practices draw out the voice of the consumer at multiple business channels and touch-points. The goal is to identify any data needed to deliver innovation that would cover insights in the voice of the consumer and brand value. Our interactive consulting session (I-VOICE) will outline the structure of the deliverable.
- PromoRAVE - Promotions with an innovative twist, we merge emerging technology and traditional promotional ideas.
- ContentRAVE - We believe that content is truly king. BrandRAVE has taken a leadership position in the world of content development, management, and aggregation of content assets. ContentRAVE is content strategy with the analytical view of the world.
- SocialRAVE - You cannot go anywhere these days without hearing something about social media. We are not a company that is jumping on the bandwagon because it's the hot new thing. We have been working in the Social space for over 4 years. We are not jumping on the bandwagon...we are driving the bandwagon.
- MobileRAVE - Before we were BrandRAVE, we were called WiredStorm. This was a mobile device application and usability lab with the insight to build applications that were run on smart phones and tablets. I think it's time to bring back this lab concept to develop new applications that will help our clients have a precise dialogue with their customers.
- UserRAVE - Is our usability practice, which provides a suite of solutions around user testing and research.
